Basically, Highland at Double Bay provide an exceptional service as do all of the managing agents who have looked after my two properties. In particular most recently, Michael Fazzari has provided exemplary service. He is on the ball, quick with providing quote, managing the tenants and providing me with a first class faultless service.

Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant
