Excellent Customer Service
I’d highly recommend Dougal Williams from MoneySense.
Throughout a very challenging financial period for both myself and my business, Dougal has been proactive, professional, and extremely supportive. He worked hard to secure a lender for my refinance/business funding when things were under significant pressure, and his communication throughout the process has been excellent.
What stood out most was his persistence and willingness to genuinely help find solutions rather than just treating it like another application. I’m very appreciative of the effort he has put in and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a broker who is committed, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with.
