The entire process was streamlined, professional and personal.

Each individual whom I interacted with at Belle property was approachable, friendly and kind. They provided me with clear, concise and thorough information and were always available to answer any question that I had. I got the impression that they are honest and sincere and genuinely do care about maintaining a good relationship with all parties involved. I felt that the culture at Belle property is one where individuals take pride in their work and it reflects in the quality of the outcome.

Sally has expert knowledge of the industry and worked hard to find us the right tenant that would treat our new build with love and respect!

Had the pleasure of working with Chanara,Amy , Donna, Tahnee - bunch of really profession agents. We bought the house and changed our property agents. This group was really helpful in soughting out a new tenant for us, fast and effective. They had promised us better and fair rates, which they delivered ! They provided feedback on the tenants to help us make informed decisions. Appreciate their support, really enjoyed working with them. Initial experience has been positive.

I needed a great deal of maintenance and cleaning up of my property. My property manager Charlee was very helpful. She made sure I knew what was happening and if I needed to provide funds to cover each job being performed. Only one company was unhappy with time of payment as work had already been performed. I needed to sort out this concern personally. Overall, I have been very happy with all the effort that Charlee has put into my property and getting me a good result. Am very happy with all her good work.

Chanara was so helpful at the inspection. She was non-judgemental and really went out of her way out to help me and my family secure a new lease. she gave me some real, practical advice about the application process. She was prompt, efficient and understanding. When passed over to Kyhra who handled our application and process for the new lease, she also has been helpful, prompt and quick to respond. Thank you for a great experience in what was a stressful time.

What made Smart rental stand out is that they are very responsive and have a listening ear. I am so glad they helped me secure a beautiful home.

Bree and the team are always happy to help. They made the process quick, simple and seamless. We told them what we needed in a house and they gave us options and we had an approval fast. Signing documents and how to make payments and when was clear. They were also happy to answer any questions or concerns we had.
