Overall a positive experience. She was responsive, professional, and handled everything quickly throughout the application process. Communication was clear and she made the whole thing straightforward. The only thing I'd flag is that after our first application was denied, the property came back online a couple of weeks later. We had to find it ourselves and submit a second application before finally getting it. A simple message letting us know it was available again would have saved us the hassle as we were still interested. That said, we don't know the full story behind the first application, so we give her the benefit of the doubt. We would definitely recommend Nikita Sammartino. She moves fast, communicates well, and gets things done.
