We recently went through a very difficult experience that ultimately required us to leave the property we were renting. Throughout what was an incredibly stressful time, Kym was nothing short of exceptional. Her support, compassion, and genuine care made an enormous difference, and we are truly grateful for everything she did to help us. We have always rented high‑end properties, and unfortunately, our experience with many property managers in the past has been disappointing. Too often we’ve encountered rudeness, condescension, and a lack of accountability, even being blamed for issues that were never ours. Kym was the complete opposite. She stood out immediately with her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond in every interaction. Kym shines in her role.
