The team at Real Property Specialists was incredible! Not only do they provide excellent service, they secured another great tenant on the first open home day for us when the current tenants is about to move out, leaving only a few days gap of non occupancy. In my eyes that’s exceptional work & a lot of planning that has gone into this. They always take time to explain / remind us of our obligations as landlord & ensures that we meet these obligations & our home is compliant for our tenants. The system they use to capture our agreement or acceptance is super user friendly saving us time in have to go into the office is so great as we don’t live close by. We feel rest assured & indebted to the team at Real Property Specialists for managing my property so well. Thank you so much for all your hard work & efforts you put into managing our property, we greatly appreciate it.

If I could give Richardson & Wrench 10 stars; I certainly would!! :-) I cannot recommend Melanie highly enough. Melanie is an incredibly hard-working Property Manager, always well organised, professional and very knowledgeable. She has made the whole new Tenants / Leasing process from beginning to end a stressful-free one with excellent communication and on-going willingness to go above and beyond. This is the second time I have dealt with this team. I would highly recommend Tara. As a renter she had the curtesy to let me know the landlords were selling after only being rented for 7 months. She understood the inconvenience that it would cause me. I found another property quite quickly late one afternoon and she was more than happy to help me with any questions even though it was also most closing time. Let's not forget Mikelina who once I was approved sent all the documents required to move forward. The team go beyond any expectations that a renter would hope for. The transition from the last property to the new one was smooth sailing. Thank you, Belinda :)
