We’ve been thrilled with Buxton Ballarat. We bought our property with them and now they manage it, and we are genuinely blown away by the quality of the service. You can expect speedy responses, strong initiative and absolute professionalism from the team. Special shoutout to Sophie Moore who is wonderful to deal with.
Great communication and very helpful
- Continued market updates - Large team, and response was specific to our requests - Provided sound advice - Hassle free experience
I'm extremely happy with Chris throughout the whole process. He was a great communicator and was always very responsive. Chris was very knowledgeable and had great negotiation skills - achieving a higher sale price than advertised.
Had a great experience dealing with Buxton so far. Communication has been great, professional and kind. And I’ve gotten replies to my questions very quickly which I appreciate while moving house. Can’t fault them.
Very prompt responses, as well as creating a welcoming and friendly connection

Tenant of 12 Thorntons Lane, Dereel
Staff have been friendly and helpful. Having some issues, health wise, I found the staff understanding and felt welcome to inspect and apply for the property. Where other agents seemed unwilling to let me inspect and/or apply for properties.
