We cannot thank enough for their friendly and professional support/ service for renting our 2nd property in Daisy Hill. We were under enormous pressure to empty the residential property within 2 weeks because of BOQ's lazy service (lost 1 week). David K, Sumayya B, Fionna C for prompt responses and actions to complete all To-Do-List by the deadline. 1) Good communication and clear guidelines for preparation i.e. paperwork, keys, certificates etc. 2) Always supportive and friendly throughout the process. 3) Quickly arranged yard mowing. From the beginning steps during the appraisal meet and greet the high level of attention to detail from Andrew and Deanna were already impressive.
