Anette from Pinkerton Property Plus is the consummate professional. She helped us source and buy our property. She gave honest and professional opinions of each of the properties we were interested in. She was fully aware of current market situations and trends. Anette manages our property now and her attention to detail, our marketing strategies and general management of the property is first class. I couldn’t recommend Pinkerton Property Plus Highly enough to any prospective buyer or landlord.

Exceptional service from Annette on our rental property.

We have used the services of Annette over a few years and she has been a gem. She has gone out of her way to help us with a difficult situation that occurred with our rental unit and put us at ease. She keeps us updated on everything , efficient and well informed. We could not do without her !

Thanks Tanya for looking after our property and being proactive in resolving issues.

Tanya made the entire process of finding & signing up a tenant straight forward and smooth. Both duplex were rented within 2-3 weeks from hitting the market with high quality tenants presented to me.

Tanya is very professional and thorough. She is a problem solver and does not work like a post office.
