I was particularly impressed that although nine parties applied to lease the property, only one got through the filters which Magdalena applied. This indicates that the objective of accepting only the very best potential tenants has been very actively applied. During this process, Magdalena kept me informed at all stages of the process. I elected to plan a short tenant free period to carry out some maintenance work myself. During this time, Magdalena arranged quotes for other longer timeframe work in conjunction with me and the new tenants. In overall terms, Magdalena managed the departure of the previous tenants and the arrival of the new tenants very seamlessly and I would recommend her as a Property Manager to anybody currently looking to access a top-class Property Management service.
