All aspects of this matter were handled very professionally by my Edison McGrath Property Manager, Magdalena Abad. Magdalena clearly has a very good understanding of the market in this area, as well as both the practical aspects of property management and the legal processes that are increasingly part of that activity. I was particularly impressed that although nine parties applied to lease the property, only one got through the filters which Magdalena applied.
