Michelle is a passionate and knowledgeable agent who understands the needs of customers and works hard to ensure things go smoothly for all. She was always willing to answer my questions in a timely manner and provide guidance as to any additional requirements it needed. My only concern was regarding the market value of my home which I felt was more than Michelle suggested and when potential tenants were shown through they seemed to be the ones setting the price. Rather than Michelle working on my behalf to get the most rental income possible for me she was then advocating for the tenants requests for instead. It seemed strange that the high-end rental market is so hot right now and yet she quoted and encouraged me to accept less than other agents.

I would like to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude to Michelle Julius, and Joyce property Investments for helping me secure our home in Perth. The team have been extremely helpful and professional throughout. Our experience with Xceed has been great so far. From the inspection date through to moving-in day, we’ve been kept up to date and well informed by our leasing consultant, Rimi, and property manager, Taryn. Any questions or requests we’ve had have been attended to within two business days, which we really appreciate. Unfortunately, we had to dock a star as one of the main office’s reception staff was unfriendly and didn’t seem to want to be there. Thank you once again to the team at Xceed for making the process so smooth and easy.
