Jaclyn and the whole team at Highland were lovely to deal with and professional from day 1. They touched base several times during the period between accepting our application and our moving in date just to check if we needed any assistance. Couldn't fault them and we're very happy to be moving into our lovely new home next week.
All the people we met through many a new place viewing couldn't be anymore helpful. But due to personal circumstances I could not go through with this lease. I can't praise everyone enough they're all so very helpful.

All matters relating to our agreement keys etc. We’re electronic making the whole exchange efficient and seamless. On the day all keys were labelled. There was no confusion and timing was exactly as Julia promised. This would have to be the best dealing we have had in property management in the Shire.

We had been left almost homeless thanks to the dishonesty of a different real estate agent and were scrambling to find somewhere else to live. Jasmine from Pulse was able to show us this property the next day from our enquiry and told us that the owners were to consider all applications that night. Two days later we were moving in! All of our correspondence has been so fast and always positive and helpful, all of the Pulse team have been so nice to deal with, we really could not ask for anything more!
