All matters relating to our agreement keys etc. We’re electronic making the whole exchange efficient and seamless. On the day all keys were labelled. There was no confusion and timing was exactly as Julia promised. This would have to be the best dealing we have had in property management in the Shire.

Bianca sorted everything out for us, in regards to getting new tenants, the place cleaned up and getting a new dryer. We had been left almost homeless thanks to the dishonesty of a different real estate agent and were scrambling to find somewhere else to live. Jasmine from Pulse was able to show us this property the next day from our enquiry and told us that the owners were to consider all applications that night. Two days later we were moving in! All of our correspondence has been so fast and always positive and helpful, all of the Pulse team have been so nice to deal with, we really could not ask for anything more!
