I have known Perly and Szilvia for many years. I have had the opportunity to engage with them as both a tenant and an owner. They are always very helpful and responsive, and do everything with the utmost respect and a smile on their face. I highly recommend PM Realty for your real estate needs.

There were some issues along the way, such as the agreed open day was cancelled and the carpet was not cleaned by the effective date of the lease, but overall the communication and cooperation was relatively smooth.

Our experience with PM Realty has been fantastic so far. From the day we picked up the keys, the team has been approachable, supportive, and responsive to all our queries. Even when small issues came up, like the garage door, the team handled it with patience and professionalism, keeping us updated and making sure we felt heard. It’s clear that tenant satisfaction is important to them, and we’ve really valued their commitment and communication. We feel confident that with PM Realty, any future concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly. Highly recommend their team!

I’m delighted to recommend Mariam and the team at PPG. Simply put, they manage my property as if it was their own investment. Unlike Albo, PPG make owning an investment property rewarding.

Was responsive, provided pragmatic advice and showed initiative. Much better experience compared to other agents that I work with

Prestige have been looking after my property for over 15 years , great communication and looking after both mine and the tenants needs. When I bought my 2nd property, I had to get Prestige to look after it. I would recommend Prestige to others
