I was impressed by their diligence and conscientiousness when chasing up the reluctant parties, namely the tenants during the eviction process and the claims officer. They demonstrated strong knowledge of the processes and I felt very confident knowing that my case was in good hands. I am very happy with the service they continue to provide, and Alina is always chatty and easy to deal with.
