I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive from Sajid. Living in Melbourne while having properties in Brisbane can be challenging, but Sajid has become my eyes and ears on the ground and gives me complete peace of mind. He is incredibly responsive, professional and proactive, and I know that whenever an issue arises with a tenant or property, Sajid will deal with it promptly and keep me informed every step of the way. He doesn’t just manage the properties — he genuinely takes ownership and treats them as though they were his own. His communication is excellent, he is approachable and always willing to help, and I have complete confidence in his judgement when dealing with tenants, maintenance and any unexpected issues. Having someone I can trust to handle things locally is invaluable, particularly when I’m managing everything from Melbourne. Sajid consistently goes above and beyond, and his dedication and professionalism really stand out. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property manager they can genuinely trust. He makes owning interstate investment properties so much easier and gives me one less thing to worry about.

Sajid has been great and we appreciate it.

All right we r living as well

When the former tenant provided a notice to vacate, Brooke communicated clearly and managed the process professionally while keeping me updated every step of the way including inspecting the property thoroughly, she also secured new tenants quickly, helping to minimise any vacancy. It's reassuring to have a property management team that genuinely looks after both the property and the owner's interests. I highly recommend Brooke and her team to anyone looking for reliable and proactive property managers.

The team put lots of effort making sure my property remains in good condition and making sure that I fulfill my obligations as an owner. They do take their business seriously.

First time land lords and honestly raywhite Jimboomba have made it the smoothest transition possible. Worked with us and how we wanted to have things set up. Was clear with processes and guidelines. Always greeted with a smile and warmth ! Will be recommending to everyone !
