Responded on the same day as our inspection which made the whole experience easier, the application process was very easy and there was a great knowledge of the property and the local area. There was a great help with the property after move in date which made the transition very easy into the property.

Barbara became key in getting our property ready for tenancy. We just purchased the property & it needed quite a bit of TLC to be ready for new tenants & Barbara was very helpful in working through what we needed to have fixed & arranging all the work with trades. She was only ever a phone call away & has always been extremely knowledgeable & happy to help. Communication has been open & easy which helped the entire process run very smoothly. We live interstate & the area we purchased in was completely new to us so to basically choose an agent based on “well just see how we go” - we are extremely happy we took that chance with Barbara & her team. Would absolutely recommend them.
