Roxanne went above and beyond with the issues we had from a previous agency, and this was before they earnt any money from our properties. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a company that assists and communicates with their landlords.

We are based on Gold Coast and as this was a new property we could not travel regularly to the property to oversee the landscaping requirements. Luckily Venita was able to take care of this even going as far as settling up sprinklers etc to water the new lawns and gardens. They listened to our requirements and achieved the maximum rent possible when other agencies were not that optimistic for that area. They also found good tenants.
