The staff here have been nothing but prompt, helpful and friendly.

From my initial enquiry and property viewing to lease negotiation and moving in, the entire process has been flawless. The communication has been exceptional and the service outstanding.

Reliable agent, always taking care my properties carefully. highly recommended.

This has been our first experience renting our Home with Guilliana Finlay of Butler & Co and it has been terrific! When we first approached them they advised what we needed to have done to the house and pool to satisfy our statutory obligations. Rather than then leaving it with us, Guiliana made all of the arrangements with the tradies and inspectors and kept us fully informed so as to ensure that it was all done in time. They then vetted our tenants professionally making the appropriate enquiries What is always a difficult time when moving our stress levels were significantly reduced due to Guilliana Amanda (the principal) and Guilliana are the best!

We were recommended Vine to manage our home by several friends who have rental properties in the Hendra area. We have had the stress of moving our family interstate, and we’re so thankful that Caroline and the team have gone above and beyond to alleviate the stress of letting out our home so we can focus on the move. From the first meeting with Jess to now, we are continually impressed and thankful for their professionalism, patience and advice. They even organised additional call outs for smoke alarm and other compliance checks as when we didn’t have time. I cannot recommend the team at Vine enough! We honestly couldn’t be happier.
