At all times I have found them to be professional and willing to develop a personal relationship. Return phone calls or emails in a prompt manner. Regular updates on tenant inspections is completed in a detailed manner. Are on top of the maintanance requirments of the property and are always willing to discuss those isssues in detail with myself. Overall I have been extremely pleased while working with Image Property in a collorative manner.

Elevate are really exceptional. The team getting the rental ready, the team that finds you a suitable tenant and the team that look after the rental from day to day are exceptional. They go above and beyond. Their close links with BHC is also a real strength giving them the ability to be compassionate and helpful beyond the usual actions of a realtor. I can highly recommend the team at elevate, and i have moved all my rental properties to they’re agency.

Kandace is an exceptional property manager who helped us fast-track renovations (full re-paint & carpet, a/c install, and minor maintenance items) ahead of procuring a new tenant at the right weekly rent. We live in NSW, but it felt like we had our own Project Manager on site in QLD ! Kandace was fantastic at organising the trades and would call us immediately anything needed to be discussed. Following the refurb, Kandace was quick to get the property on the market and leased to a quality tenant at the right price.
