Great support with finding good Tenants and help with selling property

We leased our Carina property through Harcourts Inner East and they have proven to be efficient and professional in their process of property assessment, tenant screening and general handling of rental related matters. We highly recommend Prue and the Team.

Efficient, thorough, knowledgable and professional every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Samantha, Daniel and the wider team at Stone Aspley are excellent agents who go over and above to proactively manage our property.

Samantha Rowland and her team and our property manager Daniel Higgins are fantastic. We have had multiple properties managed by Stone and have nothing but praise. Daniel our property manager is professional, on point with managing tenant requests and ensures quotes and works are completed efficiently. All inspections pre, post and 12 weekly are professional, well documented, easy to read and very thorough. Excellent communication both verbal and written. Ensures each party is accountable and that all issues are resolved quickly. We have never had an issue Samantha or Daniel have not been able to rectify. They are 10 out of 10.

I’m an interstate investor and recently switched to Stone Aspley Property Management after a difficult experience with my previous agency, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Samantha has been outstanding—professional, thorough, and backed by a highly efficient team. In just two weeks, they managed to repair significant damage left by a previous tenant (who had defaulted on rent for 6 weeks and left the property in terrible condition) and secured a reliable new tenant. What sets Samantha apart is her team’s strong communication and proactive approach to management—it’s refreshingly effective and reassuring. I finally feel like my property is in good hands.
