Karen at Peak Central reached out to me via call when she found that some information was missing in my rental application. She was kind enough to be on hold while I gathered that information and secure the lease for me as priority I do Fifo and needed something urgent while being out of the town. Once leased was secured, my Property Manager, Julia, has been super helpful and responsive to my requests. One thing I found missing was having an Emergency Contact Number to call on the weekends for new tenants should a problem arise.
