Based on my experience with my previous real estate, peak realty has been a walk in the park. My property manager Simone has been lovely since the first communication, starting the whole process positively even through to my first inspection. Communication has been great, with responses the same day.

Without a second thought, Semple PG picked up my rental and ran with it. In a matter of 6 weeks the old tenant was moved on without a hitch, cleaners sorted out and had a new tenant in the property and rented it out for $25p/w more than the asking price!! Thank you!!
