Realty plus so far has been great to deal with. They’ve always answered my calls and emails when needed. Have been lovely to talk with and have been a lot of help with sorting a rental property.

My husband and I have interacted with Tracy when viewing properties to buy and Nicole as a property manager as tenants. Both women are kind, professional and honest. As a property manager Nicole has excellent communication, time management and is fully transparent. Nicole has gone out of her way to ensure we have everything we need, and even checked in to make sure we were settled.

Agency staff is professional and manage the property letting out process well. Improvement needed in communication, for eg. tebancy start date chaned after initial discussion during application review, however not communicated back until lease was signed.

Renaye has been really supportive and efficient so far. I am only a second time renter so not really up to speed with his it all works and Renaye has been patient and very helpful all the way. Thanks Renaye
