Applied her knowledge of tenancy legislation to give examples of different scenarios, helping us to make decisions regarding end of lease processes. Negotiating with the tenants for the best outcomes for all parties. Very responsive to requesting quotes, referrals and organising with the tenants for access to the properties. Carries out her work / communication with all stakeholders well. I highly recommend Emma and Orana Property Managment.

There was quite a lot of issues left by the previous tenants and the Jayde and Jemma did everything in their power to get everything sorted efficiently to allow my kids and I to move in as soon as possible. The communication was on going and timely.
