Agencies in Mandurah, WA, 6210

We were pleasantly surprised with the rental appraisal, the introduction and guidance provided by Ingrid with regards to property investment and using a property manager. Elders Mandurah has been prompt with answering our questions and concerns. It seems that they work as a team e.g. if someone is off sick, everyone pitches in to provide continuity which is great not only for landlords but for tenants. We are grateful so far for the help we have received from Elders.

My partner and I have been out of the rental market for over 30 years combined, living in our own homes. Having a life event causing us to relocate and rent, we found it very difficult securing a property with our circumstances and lack of history. The team at Elders were very thorough and prompt in communicating with us to explain how to complete the application process successfully. Without rejecting our application, they were forgiving and helpful resulting in a successful lease. Thank you, Michelle, Asura and the entire team, @ Elders Mandurah. Keep up the good work ❤️

Recently the old tenant left. Elders found a new tenant with-in no time. All the dues from the old tenant was collected. All the claims were made and collected. Updated me as and when there is a development.

We could not be more thankful for rajnii and team our new rental is beyond amazing and our family is filled with joy for Christmas

Rajni and Manoj are absolute gems in the real estate industry. we had a very difficult situation with a stubborn tenant, and Rajni made sure everything was handled correctly and legally. She guided the process step by step issuing the proper termination notice, filing the application with the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), and ensuring all supporting evidence was in place before obtaining the court order. Their professionalism didn’t stop there. Once the tenant vacated, Rajni and Manoj went above and beyond by arranging reliable workers to clean up the mess left behind. The amount of effort, dedication, and care they put into resolving the situation was truly impressive. I couldn’t have asked for more it was a great pleasure dealing with them. Their commitment, knowledge, and support made a stressful process so much easier. Highly recommended.
