10% rent increase achieved, property only empty for 4 days

The team at PRD recently handled the renting of my apartment. They made the whole process easy, quick and stress free.

During this time Daniel was showing real dedication to the management of my properties. He renovated two of my properties which became much more rentable to good long term tenants. Daniel was consulting with me about the best choices and showing the improvements. He did this with good grace, resolving arising problems with Strata also. Daniel has a friendly and helpful personality. He communicates effectively with me and tenants so any problems resolved quickly. Just two months ago I was on holiday without communication, when one of my long term tenant gave vacation notice. I did have to be worried. Because Daniel was able to lease the property before it became vacant for an excellent price. I'm happy to recommend Daniel Moddel to anyone looking for professional and dedicated property manager.

Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.

Lara was extremely helpful and supportive in the whole process of securing our rental property. Lara's communication and action meant I always felt in the loop and she was able to answer all my questions. Would highly recommend Lara to others.

Kelsey from PPD is excellent - she is highly responsive, personable and so supportive. We've really appreciated her help in helping us transition smoothly on to our next property.

Katrina Borg at PPD has been proactive and helpful and great to work with! Our property was leased after having been shown once, and we are very happy with the recommended choice of tenants.
