I have been renting from Wings Real Estate for the past 1 1/2 years and have found their customer service to be outstanding. When I initially applied to rent the property the process was seamless and hassle free, they provided all the information I needed for a smooth transition to renting the property. I have always found Wings communication to be exceptional, willing to listen and provide prompt service when the need arises, not only on behalf of the owner but that of the renter. Wings are always extremely professional in all dealings I have had with them and are willing to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort at the property. I believe they have very good knowledge of sales within the area and this is reflected in them forwarding relevant information regularly to me in regards to sales within my area.

Our house was built and guided through the process by Astute from Land purchase, design, build, regulations, advertising, tennants, looking after tennants, and property management. I had a tenant who stopped paying rent as of New Years Eve Last year. They caused willful damage to the property and when the bond clean was completed, I noted that they required 4 cans of Moreton before they could even enter the property to clean it due to the excess of flies and rubbish. Alina and the rest of the team have been exceptional in managing the entire situation, including organising repairs, managing the claim, and organising for a new tenant. I was impressed by their diligence and conscientiousness when chasing up the reluctant parties, namely the tenants during the eviction process and the claims officer. They demonstrated strong knowledge of the processes and I felt very confident knowing that my case was in good hands. I am very happy with the service they continue to provide, and Alina is always chatty and easy to deal with. Even though I don’t want to have to go through this ordeal again, I know that the team would support me if it came to it.
