Agencies in Cowes, VIC, 3922

Our property was leased very quickly. The agent looked after us by leading it fast and also looked after the incoming tenants by making sure everything was compliant. Deb Perry was in constant communication with us and the process was super smooth. Thank you!

Slightly clunky in parts (to be expected) but overall quite an accommodating agent. Specifically, Deb Perry’s experience makes her stand out as a true professional in real estate. She is helpful, reasonable, responsive, respectful and relaxed; which is exactly what you need during challenging transitions like moving (inspecting/applying/approval process/payments/services etc etc) Thank you Deb ⭐️

I am pleased to recommend Barry Plant Phillip Island. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I would especially like to thank Emily, who worked exceptionally hard to help rent my property. She organised inspections, responded to my emails promptly, and consistently answered all of my questions. She is kind, enthusiastic, hardworking, and always willing to assist. I would also like to thank Holly, my rental property manager. She is professional, diligent, hardworking, and highly responsive. Whenever I emailed her with a question, she replied promptly and provided helpful advice. I sincerely appreciate the excellent service I received from the entire Barry Plant Phillip Island team. They made the entire process much easier, and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a trustworthy real estate agency. Thank you all for your outstanding service

Lovely staff who have been very quick and efficient in helping sort out a few small issues in my recent move.

I moved into my first place and Sarah (the agent) has been very helpful with the few things i've needed a hand with. She was quick with replies and getting back to me and made moving very easy and clear. She is good at her job and it shows. After dealing with a few, the good ones are quite obvious and Sarah is one of them :)

Approachable and organised
