From the start Phoebe has been polite, friendly & informative, updating us at every step of the process up to the key handover yesterday at our new rental. She has always replied in a timely manner, answered any questions we had & has so far went above & beyond, proving to be an exceptional property manager & we look forward to working with Phoebe in the future throughout our Tenancy at the property.
These guys made the whole rental process so easy , they were very accommodating.
