I've had positive experience with Georgia. Georgia is proactive in following up tenant vacating, advertising, and signing up new tenant. Georgia is also proactive in following up regular inspection and issues from tenant. I really appreciate the fact that Georgia trying to answer any questions I have as promptly as possible. I have been using Harcourts Northlakes since 2014 and will not be changing anytime soon. Everything has been made super easy and I do not have to worry about my investment properties while in their hands. The property report are detailed and I have had no trouble with any of the tenants they have selected. Communication is everything when using a property manager and they have it covered. Communication is lacking between Property Managers and Landlords No communication to Landlords of any changes in property managers for any reason such as leave replacements etc. Should keep Landlords informed of any employee changes . Should not be surprises -for Landlord to find strange property manager Relief managers are not aware of the previous actions of their colleagues when taking over. I am also speaking from previous experiences as I have other property under Ray White North Lakes rental management team
