I've had a very positive experience with Image Property Pine Rivers managing my investment property. The team has been professional, responsive and easy to deal with throughout the process. Communication has been clear, and they've kept me informed of important updates while handling matters promptly. Their knowledge of the local market and property management process has given me confidence that my investment is being looked after. Overall, they've provided a reliable and professional service, and I'm happy to recommend them to other property investors.

We’ve had a great experience working with this agent, specifically Chiquita as our property manager. They handled everything professionally from start to finish, kept us well informed throughout the process, and secured quality new tenants far quicker than we expected. The entire transition was seamless, with minimal vacancy and no stress at our end. Communication was clear, prompt, and proactive, which made a big difference. It’s reassuring to know our property is in capable hands highly recommend to any landlord looking for reliable and efficient management.

Belinda and the team went above and beyond in assisting us with a tricky and drawn-out builder handover of our new investment property. Being interstate, they attended the property on our behalf for handover inspections and liaised with the builder to ensure defects were addressed prior to tenants moving in. Communication was excellent and proactive especially in relation to tenant inspections. We have been able to secure quality tenants for both sides of our duplex within a very short marketing period. A professional team.

The process was made smooth and easy with communication continuously being efficient and often to ensure my partner & I are kept in the loop about our process
