She communicated well and showed us the house couple of times and arranged repair works before handing over the keys. This review is to highlight the excellent experience we had with Kirsty Bimrose from Image Property team. We got keys to our investment property on the 7th of August and had our property listed that Saturday. Within 1 week we already had a prospective tenant application and less than 10 days later we have now an approved tenant in our new property. This is an amazing result in such a short timeframe. I also need to stress that the expected rental amount we were hoping to get has been achieved. To state that we are impressed with Kristy and her team is an understatement. She has an incredible attention to detail and is extremely customer focussed. I have no problem in recommending Kristy and her team at Image Property to any future landlords.
