Agencies in Darlinghurst, NSW, 2010

We decided to go with Ray White Touma Taylor Darlinghurst after testing out several agents in the area. We were impressed with their excellent communication, speed of response, solutions provided to regular issues with rental properties and good knowledge of the area. Recommended.

Easy and fast communication, easy answers , updates , everything landlord would wish for from an agency ! Thank you for your service!

The property in Darlinghurst is positioned well. Ray White an and co keep a good eye on activities in the area. I trust them to have an understanding of clients. I trust Ray White Touma Taylor.

Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.

Oxford Agency in a tough sales market worked tirelessly to sell our apartment, but when market conditions made it difficult, we were put in contact with leasing, where they secured a tenant, providing us with a steady income while we wait for the sales market to improve. We highly recommend them for their excellent communication.

Was an easy experience working with Oxford Agency, always on hand and go the extra mile to look after their clients.

Hugely impressed with Dina and Oxford Agency. From start to finish, Dina and the team has been incredibly helpful to ensure a smooth process and make sure we are comfortable :) Highly recommend.

Liz was very professional and showed a great knowledge in her field .

Basically, Highland at Double Bay provide an exceptional service as do all of the managing agents who have looked after my two properties. In particular most recently, Michael Fazzari has provided exemplary service. He is on the ball, quick with providing quote, managing the tenants and providing me with a first class faultless service.

Very responsive, and clear and precise to work with. Thank you.
