Our property manager is Emerence Jonker. She managed our property with a different agency many years ago, and we hunted her down after becoming disgruntled with said previous agency. Emerance's property management knowledge is second-to-none, as is her awareness of the rental market in the Ipswich area. She attends to any property issues without delay and with the minimum amount of disruption to our tennants. We trust her implicitly with our property.
