I could tell they represented the owners side of things fairly, whilst also always being pleasant, fair, and helpful for any issues that came up. Absolutely would use them for my own investment property in future.

Emma has been proactive and positive in helping us to get our rental property updated prior to renting this out. She has met multiple tradies at the property and coordinated the trades that we needed. This was very helpful as we do not live close to the property and we would not have been able to rent it out as quickly as we have without her support.

Over many years of management of my properties I have found Harcourts Local Clayfield to be consistantly professional, communicative and helpful.

Our property manager is Emerence Jonker. She managed our property with a different agency many years ago, and we hunted her down after becoming disgruntled with said previous agency. Emerance's property management knowledge is second-to-none, as is her awareness of the rental market in the Ipswich area. She attends to any property issues without delay and with the minimum amount of disruption to our tennants. We trust her implicitly with our property. She is supported by a strong team at Crowne Real Estate.
