Made it go so smoothly

I have had a fantastic experience Georgie. She has been incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful with all my needs. Her excellent communication and willingness to assist have made everything easy and stress-free. Thank you for your outstanding service!

I had an excellent experience with empire property co. The team was highly responsive and always replied to my questions promptly, keeping me informed throughout the process. What stood out most was their professionalism, honesty, and genuine willingness to help. Their strong market knowledge was evident, as they were able to offer valuable insights and practical advice that helped us make informed decisions. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused real estate team.

Over several years, both my father and myself have consistently experienced excellent service from the team at 'George Brand - Terrigal’, with respect to the leasing and ongoing management of our investment properties on the Central Coast. We couldn't be happier with the genuine care and attention to detail, provided by Jess Tamblyn (Senior Property Manager) and Gabriella Brierley (Leasing consultant). They are very professional, friendly, reliable, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Their communication is excellent, and they always go above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly ! Jess and Gabriella have a proactive approach, which makes the entire process stress-free, and gives us complete confidence in knowing that everything is being handled properly. In a busy (sometimes chaotic) and ever-changing world, it is refreshing to find a team so dedicated, approachable, and committed to providing such a high level of service ! My father and I truly appreciate all their hard work, and would highly recommend Jess, Gabriella and the team at 'George Brand - Terrigal’ to anyone looking for outstanding property management on the Central Coast.
