very responsibe and accomodating. Excellent communication and follow ups. My property was re-listed and leased in no time and without any hassles.
Xceed Real Estate have been outstanding to deal with, demonstrating clear communication, genuine effort, transparency, and professionalism throughout the process. A special thank you to Charlie Mitchell, whose dedication, responsiveness, and guidance made everything seamless. Her support and commitment truly stood out and made a real difference for my experience.
I really don’t know where to begin. We first contacted Ingrid in November 2024. I contacted multiple agents in the area and not one returned my call or even bothered to assist. Ingrid returned phone calls and even checked in to see if we have any questions. Build was delayed 5mths. Ingrid and Bri have been nothing but FANTASTIC to work with especially with us being in QLD and the property in WA. They have been our eyes and ears and even took possession of the house from the builder. Everything asked has always been greeted with a yes or I’ll arrange a quote and we’ll go from there. Property was rented within 3 weeks of being listed at asking price. Couldn’t recommend Ingrid, Bri and the team highly enough. Thank you Elders Mandurah. As first time landlords you’ve made this process possible especially with everything that occurred during the build.

I found them to be very professional and helpful through the process of the PCI though to picking up keys and a large water bill that was unexpected.

Working away in the Pilbara it’s a good feeling of confidence that Laura is looking after my property. As a first time landlord Laura has guided me in the right direction on a few occasions and I appreciate her knowledge greatly. Her assistants that help with the lease and home opens were also talented and helpful. Alice in particular was very knowledgeable in helping me choose the right tenants that suit me and my house.
