Justine has been working in property management since 2018, beginning her career in Waroona, where she managed both residential and rural properties. Her responsibilities included overseeing compliance with lease boundaries and ensuring farming operations aligned with regulatory requirements. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, Justine transitioned to a role closer to home in Mandurah to be near her daughter’s school. During this time, she deepened her understanding of the local market and became proficient with key property management systems, such as PropertyMe. She also managed a high-volume portfolio, which strengthened her ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to significant legislative changes. More recently, she returned to end-to-end property management—similar to her early work—where she re-engaged directly with both property owners and tenants. This hands-on role involved conducting regular property inspections, viewings, and maintaining a personal level of involvement with every property in her care. Justine is focused on achieving balanced outcomes for both owners and tenants, while ensuring full compliance with legislation. She takes a proactive approach to property care through detailed routine inspections and close monitoring of each property's condition. This allows her to identify issues early, ensure tenants are meeting their responsibilities, and address maintenance needs before they escalate—building trust and strong relationships with all parties involved.

Excellent support

Working away in the Pilbara it’s a good feeling of confidence that Laura is looking after my property. As a first time landlord Laura has guided me in the right direction on a few occasions and I appreciate her knowledge greatly. Her assistants that help with the lease and home opens were also talented and helpful. Alice in particular was very knowledgeable in helping me choose the right tenants that suit me and my house.
