Rajnii has the most calming and professional manner I have ever encountered. During a stressful situation, she provided professional and reassuring guidance, helping me feel at ease and confident throughout the process. She consistently responds quickly and effectively—always answering any questions, clarifying my options, and making sure I fully understand what’s happening. She also gives immediate attention to any maintenance issues, ensuring things are handled promptly and properly. Rajnii also brings great negotiation skills. She advocates strongly while staying level-headed and respectful, and she works hard to achieve the best possible outcome. What sets Fair Street Reality apart is Rajnii’s excellent communication. She keeps me fully informed and lets me know everything I need to know in a timely manner, without delays or confusion. Most importantly, I can trust Rajnii completely to look after my best interests. The difference between Fair Street Reality and the other agents I’ve had is truly night and day. They had excellent knowledge about market with very good essence of communication skills

Karen Mckenzie was our Property Manager she conducted herself with great communication & professionalism with any problems we had at the property she got right on to it. We would have to say she was the best Property Manager we have ever had in our many years of rentals. We would like to say she has become a good friend as well. Karen showed a lot of empathy too with our situation of us having to break our lease for that property. Karen also had the other Property Managers of Elders looking for a 2x1 unit which we appreciated so much. Thank you Karen McKenzie for everything & to Elders Real Estate too would highly recommend them . Thankyou

My experience was very good throughout the hole process

I use this agency to manage multiple properties and find them to be efficient and effective.
