Dealing with so many people when trying to deal with this company is a frustrating and time wasting exercise. We have been use to dealing with one person for finding the tenant, sorting out work orders or discussing finances, this experience of one separate person for each job is really frustrating. The communication could be better. We would not recommend this company if you are a landlord. We have had rentals for years and never felt like this before.

Joyce Property have managed my investment property for the last couple of years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. From the initial listing (around Christmas time) to the ongoing management of the property, they have been excellent communicators and ensured that property is in good hands. They were also timely with maintenance requests by tenants, and getting such issues resolved. Jessica is my property manager and she is a delight to deal with. Such attention to detail and open and honest communication. Would recommend the Joyce team to anyone looking for a professional agency.
