We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received from Jas Stephens, particularly, Nathan, our property manager. Looking after three of our properties is no small task, yet they make it seem effortless with their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. What stands out most is their proactive approach and genuine care for our investments. Recently, they secured a lease for one of our properties incredibly quickly and delivered a fantastic result, exceeding our expectations. It’s reassuring to know our properties are being looked after by someone who treats them as if they were their own. We highly recommend them to any landlord seeking exceptional property management services. Thank you for your continued support and outstanding work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jessica was amazing with how quick she was with the process of the application and moving in. She also been speedy with any issues on short time. Would highly recommend her.

Really appreciated their help. They were very honest and very helpful. Did not better in the bush and told us exactly how it is really loved working with these people.

I would recommend working with Barry Plant Gladstone Park to all my friends and family. They are friendly, professional, organised and maintain good communication with their clients. I can't fault their services as everything ran very smoothly and I will continue to work with Barry Plant going forward!
