Agencies in Diggers Rest, VIC, 3427

Antoinette has been fantastic in helping us find the right tenant for our property. The communication has been very regular which is important for us and she has given us the confidence that our property is in good hands with the right tenant and with Reliance managing it. In addition, we found a tenant within two weeks of our property being posted on the market. Thanks again Antoinette for your help and support.

I highly recommend Reliance Real Estate. At the first consultation they came with a plan and tentative timeline, which made the process seamless. They have great knowledge of the market and perfectly placed my property, which was leased quite quickly to seemingly fantastic tenants. And their fees were the most competitive when compared to 3 other large agents.

My experience with the agency has been wonderful. Rates are very good. The people are friendly , provide right support and keep the interest of customers first.

Sarah has been very helpful and responsive throughout my experience. She communicates clearly, follows up quickly and is always willing to help when an issue comes up. I recently had an issue with the exhaust fans in my apartment, and she handled it promptly and professionally. I really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend her.

I’ve had an excellent experience with ARG Property Management, particularly with my property manager, Sarah Creeley. Sarah is extremely proactive, professional and always communicates clearly and promptly. Her experience and strong understanding of property management requirements and relevant legislation give me genuine peace of mind and confidence that my investment property is being managed properly. It’s reassuring to know that Sarah is always on top of things and looking after both the property and my interests as an owner. I would highly recommend Sarah and the team at ARG Property Management to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable and proactive property management team.

We’ve had a really positive experience with ARG Property Management throughout our tenancy. Communication has always been professional, clear and prompt, and any questions or concerns we’ve had have been handled efficiently. Our property manager, Sarah, has been particularly helpful and approachable. She has always been easy to communicate with and kept us informed throughout the process, including during our recent move-out. We really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled and the clear communication around inspections and the vacate process.
