Through the transition of a tenancy, major repair works by the Water Corporation spontaneously occurred completely digging up the properties front yard including driveway. Aimee not only has managed a smooth change in tenants but simultaneously managing the added complications of major repair works to the frontage of our property, ensuring Water Corporation are held to account for required repair works. Throughout this Aimee has displayed strong management, due diligence combined with exceptional communications to us as the property owner.
