Overview of Drouin, VIC, 3818

Thanks Chloe for excellent clear communication and professionalism.

Chloe and the team at Ray White have been fantastic, their level of communication is like nothing we’ve seen before. We had a very bad experience with a different agent in Warragul, Chloe has certainly changed our minds on agents again. Thank you again for taking great professional care with our investment property.

She has good communicative skills and has got good market knowledge, negotiation skills and professionalism.

Excellent and thorough communicators. We wanted an organisation that cares for our property as if their own and the detailed communication and proactive approach have been a real comfort for us. This expresses their care for our property together.

We have a great experience dealing with Chloe in Ray White Drouin, we felt that everything went very smooth, Chloe always looks after details, she respond quickly, efficient. We highly recommend Ray White Drouin for all real estate services.

We came to Ray White Drouin following a management disaster with our previous management agent. From the onset, Chloe presented as a very knowledgeable and competent manager with a very solid "can do"attitude. There were a number of issues that needed to be addressed with the property and these were methodically worked through by Chloe right to the securing new tenants and completing the leasing agreement. Chloe became our person on site in Drouin, making it so much easier for us as we are nearly 2000 klm away. We are extremely thankful to have Chloe managing this asset for us. Her broad knowledge has meant that all expectations have been met within estimated time and cost and this has created a real sense of trust for our ongoing relationship. This is exactly what is needed when having someone manage a property which is so remote from the landlord.

Chloe Downie is our agent, and she is fantastic. Extremely proactive in communicating with us and getting our house ready for renting. She's on top of everything, very professional. Easy and reliable to deal with.

Chloe's communication has been clear and consistent, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Chloe for her excellent service and support.
