Overview of Warragul - Drouin

Really pleased with how Chloe and Jemma onboarded our property to the rental market and arranged for it to be marketed and leased within just a couple of weeks. They were great communicators, prompt in actioning our requests, and made the entire process seamless. Highly recommended!

Casee has been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout our tenancy. She was always approachable, quick to respond and genuinely cared about resolving any issues that came up. In an industry where good communication can make all the difference, Casee consistently went above and beyond. She made renting feel easy, and we always felt respected and valued as tenants. We couldn't recommend her more highly.

Thanks Chloe for excellent clear communication and professionalism.

Chloe and the team at Ray White have been fantastic, their level of communication is like nothing we’ve seen before. We had a very bad experience with a different agent in Warragul, Chloe has certainly changed our minds on agents again. Thank you again for taking great professional care with our investment property.

Our property manager Chloe has consistently demonstrated excellent communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing our investment property. We are kept informed of all important matters, and any issues that arise are handled promptly and efficiently. What particularly stood out was the assistance provided during the onboarding of the property shortly after settlement. This included coordinating trades to prepare the property for leasing, ensuring all compliance requirements were met, and carefully reviewing historical lease and compliance information to avoid unnecessary duplication of inspections and checks that had already been completed. This level of initiative, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving practical outcomes saved us both time and expense. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our investment is being managed by someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, highly organised, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for both the property and its owners. We would not hesitate to recommend Chloe and the property management team, as well as Ray White Drouin, to any property owner seeking reliable, professional, and proactive property management services.

She has good communicative skills and has got good market knowledge, negotiation skills and professionalism.
