Overview of Earlwood, NSW, 2206

I would like to pass on my sincere feedback and appreciation for Kristian Lovicu from Harris Tripp. My property had been on the rental market with another agency for three weeks without securing a tenant. Within less than five business days of Kristian taking over, he was able to secure an amazing tenant and made the entire process so easy and efficient for me. Kristian was incredibly professional, proactive and dedicated throughout the whole process. He never gave up and continued working hard until he secured the right tenant. I’m extremely grateful for his hard work, communication and professionalism. I would highly recommend Kristian to anyone looking for a property manager who genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for their clients. Thank you, Kristian, for making what could have been a stressful process so smooth and effortless!

I had an outstanding experience working with the team at Raine & Horne Marrickville Dulwich Hill, in particular Rob. They successfully leased my property in under 24 hours, which exceeded all my expectations. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed and involved, ensuring clear communication and complete transparency. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness made this experience seamless. I truly appreciated how attentive they were to my needs and any questions I had along the way. Their expertise and dedication were evident from start to finish. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and results-driven real estate agent.

I have dealt with D&H for a few years and have been very happy with the Team most recently because of ill health I was not able the take an interest in my investment property and the D&H Team looked after everything in the most professional way. Thank to all the Team
