Agencies in Eastlakes, NSW, 2018

The principal David was very good leased my apartment after the first showing for a price above the guide very happy with his performance. However there for the other items such as documents signing, lease managers I was getting emails from so many different people and within the first week the lease managers changed and felt like I dealt with 3 of them, plus many emails from different people, it would have been better if there was just one representative I felt with.

I like the are organise an they respond promptly to our enquires

Belle property has been exceptional with our new tenancy. They have made the whole process very easy and I am delighted they are the property managers for our unit.

Working with Guy was an absolute pleasure. Thanks to his proactive approach, our unit was only vacant for 4 days between tenancies! He managed the entire transition seamlessly, even securing and signing the new lease while the previous tenant was still in the property. What really stood out to me was his attention to detail and high standards. He thoroughly inspected the condition of the unit upon checkout and made sure the outgoing tenant returned it to a high standard before handing over the keys. Highly professional, efficient, and reliable. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Everyone at PRD Maroubra was so professional, polite and easy to deal with. They really listen to the landlords and give a very practical and helpful advice. Daniel Moddel was amazing when he found us a really well referenced tenants for our Mascot home within only couple of days. We would definitely recommend PRD Peetz Maroubra for friends and people that we know in the area.

I was recommended PRD from a former neighbour who is happy with their service on the sale of her property. Specifically, Paul and Daniel assisted me with leasing out my property. I appreciate the wealth of experience and knowledge on the property industry they brought and I could tell from the get-go. As I had some bad experiences in the past with property managers, I was quite skeptical and so, I was quite thorough with the details of their service. I thought their honesty and transparency throughout the leasing process were second to none. They kept me informed with the progress and eventually attained a great outcome for me - gained a higher rental than expected. Thank you Daniel and Paul for your dedication and attention to my property. I look forward to many years working with you both. Keep up the good work.
