My experience with Uther and Sun has been very positive from the beginning. Our apartment was leased from the first viewing for the full asking price and they made the transition for the new occupants seamless. We couldn’t recommend them enough

I am abroad for work and corresponded with Nova Realty Group while overseas in a vastly different time zone. Nova Realty Group has remained accessible, and I've had no problems contacting them over email or instant messaging. I undertook minor renovations prior to listing the property. This was done promptly with Nova Realty Group's help, and I was kept in the loop for quotes and other decisions throughout. Nova Realty Group were also diligent and transparent in securing a tenant. I was given prompt updates on the status of inspections and applicants with their views on the viability of applications. Whenever I sought more information on a particular application, Nova Realty Group were happy to assist. It's been a pleasure working with them so far. Look forward to sustaining the relationship!
