Overview of Eastwood, NSW, 2122

The end result was completely satisfactory and I recommend them to anyone.

Michael and his team have demonstrated full knowledge of the market, with patience and hard work the result is satisfactory.

I have been working with Laurice M. from Aurora Property as my property manager for the past three years, and I have been very pleased with her service. Laurice is highly responsive, responsible, and professional. She keeps me regularly updated, is very organised, and provides clear, practical advice. She is also excellent at managing landlord expectations, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. Most recently, Laurice and the Aurora Property team successfully helped me secure a new tenant. Their proactive approach and market knowledge were very helpful throughout. Overall, I would highly recommend Laurice M. and Aurora Property to any landlord looking for a reliable and professional property management team.

No complaints about their professional services.

I commend Atlas on receiving feedback well and working on improving based on feedback. I had issues with their responsiveness and updates on matters relating to my property. As I am located overseas, prompt feedback and updates is important. It made me feel at one stage that billing was a priority and everything else was secondary. I had given this feedback and over the last yr since my feedback, it has definitely improved. recently i had a new tenancy renewal and I was impressed with the level of detail and attention given on the exit inspection. I am super appreciative of Atlas for working on improving their service levels. The proactive nature to get the best for both tenants and landlords in a fair manner is noticeable.

I've been using Aurora Property for a number of years now, and they've stood out as the best property management team I've worked with. In particular, Marjorie regularly keeps me updated on the property and finds reliable and affordable tradespeople for repairs and maintenance. I recommend them 100%!

He has good market knowledge, communication skill and carries out his work professionally. We have developed a good working relationship based on trust.

I have had excellent service from my property manager and her associates from this agency. They really know what they are doing, are great at everything, whether it be finding tenants, dealing with maintenance issues, communicating in a timely fashion or whatever is required.
