Agencies in Edgewater, WA, 6027

Thank you, Tanya & Kahlia, for your great service.

I highly recommend working with Kirsty as she is the first agent to give me an opportunity to get a rental property. She has made the process super clear and helpful. I’m super thankful for her and couldn’t have done it without her.

We’ve been extremely happy with the service provided by Sarah and Bryleigh. They are both friendly, professional and always helpful. They respond promptly to calls and enquiries and do their best to ensure any maintenance or issues are dealt with as quickly as possible and we really appreciate their efforts. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ali Ringuet. She helped us secure a property with just 3 days notice and nothing was an issue. Unheard of in today’s perth property market. Actions speak louder than works in my books and Ali definitely delivered.

Really hard to get in contact with my agent. Doesn’t answer phone calls or call back after leaving a voicemail and doesn’t answer emails, I’ve had some difficult agents in the past but it’s never been this hard to get in contact with them. Makes it very hard when you’re waiting on updates about urgent repairs and are just left in the dark with no communication.

We have had a very positive experience with Orana Property Management throughout the leasing process. The team has been professional, friendly, and helpful, with clear communication and timely responses to our enquiries. The leasing process was smooth and well organised, and the team made it easy for us to settle into our new home. We appreciate their support and assistance. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service provided and would happily recommend Orana Property Management to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property management team.

Very happy with the team at Ross Realty. Great communication. Excellent industry knowledge, plus strong understanding of the current local market. I highly recommend to other landlords.

Very good communication and prompt reply to questions. Home opening with potential tenant list was organized quickly to help with tenant selection and housing.

Always helpful and responsive, and made the whole process smooth and straightforward.
