Henry and Sunny are the PM’s for my property at Elizabeth South and they have been exemplary to deal with. They take great care of the property, do the inspections on time, check on tenants on a regular basis (they got great tenants for us) and most importantly they get the repairs done on time and seem to have a good pool of tradesmen. On top of that, I got awesome guidance from their property specialist (Buri Son) when I was looking for my next purchase in Adelaide, and the level of guidance I received was wonderful and I can’t thank them enough for that. I would recommend them for property management services.
