One of the things I loved most was that 1840 Real Estate is a smaller company, which means their service feels incredibly personal, attentive, and truly genuine. They went above-and-beyond in finding the right tenant for my property, and their care and communication were outstanding. After dealing with larger real estate companies in the past — where it often felt like they were focused on themselves rather than working with me — this experience was a breath of fresh air.
